    The excitement begins in Tokyo at the minions garage where Ace, the Pacer, is looking to start trouble with his piece of flip track that he uses to toss the spy, Finn McMissle, off the road. Now the race pulls into Porto Corsa, Italy where Ace is waiting again with one of his traps, this time the bridge is out. Oh no – but Finn McMissle, master spy, is fast enough to make it through thanks in part to his Turbo RC.
